| Kenneth E. Dickens, M.S., LMHC, CADACIV, is the Indianapolis Counseling Center Agency Director. Ken holds a Masters degree in Community Psychology from Martin University. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the State of Indiana. He has worked with adolescents and adult substances abusers since 1989 and in the areas of sexual offenders and anger control since 1997. Ken was recognized as "Counselor of the Year" in 1993 by ICAADA (Indiana Counselor Association on Alcohol and Drug Abuse). He also served on the INATSA Board (Indiana Chapter for the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers). |

Ron is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and recognized as a leader in treatment of adult and juvenile sex offenders. He is the past President of MRNISO and INATSA and past Director of ICC. |

| Stephen J. Swinehart, MS, NCC, LMFT, Steve is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a National Certified Counselor. Steve has worked in CPS, as a Case Manger in Foster Care, a therapist working with families, adults and adolescents, as Director of an Adoption and Foster Care Agency and Director of a Mental Health Agency. He has worked in the area of anger control since 1996 and with sex offenders since 2002. |

| Brian J. Bill, MS, LMHC, NCC, CSAYC, Brian has been in the helping field for over 17 years. He is a Licensed Mental Health Professional. He has worked with adult and adolescent that have resided in-patient environments. Brian is an Adjunct Professor at (IUPUI) Indiana University Purdue at Indianapolis and teaches in the Graduate Counseling program. He is a founding faculty member of (IN-AJSOP) and a published author in helping individuals stop sexually harmful behavior. Brian is a member of (ACA) American Counseling Association, (ATSA) American Treatment of Sexual Abusers and (MRNISO) Midwest Regional Intervention with Sex Offenders. Brian provides treatment for abusers and victims of sexual aggressive behavior. |

| Denise M. Ackermann, MSW, Denise holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Indiana University. She has been employed in the mental health field since 1996. Denise has experience working on an inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse rehabilitation unit (5 years) while also providing a variety of counseling services at a women’s clinic (3 years), providing group therapy in prison with convicted adult male sex offenders (4.5 years), and as a coordinator of services for adult convicted sex offenders (3 years). Since December of 2008 Denise has been treating a variety of populations including juveniles, individuals, and couples for general mental health and court ordered services as well as providing assessments and individual/group therapy for those who have engaged in deviant/illegal sexual behaviors. |

| Connie Grohnke, is the agency accounts manager. She has been employed with agency since 1999. She handles the financial operations, intake scheduling of clients and office managerial functions. Connie is the person to ask for when scheduling to be seen by therapists, questions concerning programs or issues related to payments and accounts. |
