Kenneth E. Dickens, M.S., LMHC, LCAC, SAP, CADACIV
Ken is the Agency Director at ICC. Ken holds a Masters degree in Community Psychology from Martin University. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the state of Indiana. He has worked with adolescents and adult substance abusers since 1989 and in the areas of sexual offenders and anger control since 1997. Ken was recognized as “Counselor of the Year” in 1993 by ICAADA (IN Counselor Association on Alcohol and Drug Abuse) and then “Provider of the Year” in 2019 by IN SOMM (Indiana’s Sex Offender Management & Monitoring program). He also served on the INATSA Board (IN Chapter for the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers). He has been a qualified SAP Substance Abuse Professional since 2010.
Ron D. Smith, MS, LMHC, LCAC, CADACIV
Ron is holds a masters degree in counseling and ministry. Ron has worked with adult and adolescent sexual abusers since 1989. Ron is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and recognized as a leader in treatment of adult and juvenile sex offenders. He is the past President of MRNISO and INATSA and past Director of ICC.
Denise M. Ackermann, MSW, LCSW
Denise holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Indiana University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of Indiana. She has been employed in the mental health field since 1996. As of 2001, Denise has worked in the field of illegal and maladaptive sexual behaviors in a variety of settings (prisons and in communities) with adult male and female populations. Denise was recognized as Indiana’s “Provider of the Year” in 2012 by IN SOMM (Indiana’s Sex Offender Management & Monitoring program), became a board member of MRNISO (Midwest Regional Network for Intervention with Sex Offenders) in 2015, and has presented at various trainings and conferences.

Andrea L. Hern, M.A., LMHC, NCC, CAS, CAC/CDC
Andrea holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a certified therapist in the areas of sex addiction, alcohol and drug counseling and forensic counseling. She is a member of many professional organizations and has done extensive work in the field of human sexuality and sexual abuse, publishing articles in these fields. Her areas of expertise include the treatment of sex offenders, sexual abuse survivors, chemical dependency and general mental health issues.
